Pampered Pooch Bakery & Salon is a great place for your furry friend to come for daycare or boarding
while you are out of town. For our social dogs, they get to play all day and go home tired!
Daycare
We have quite a diverse group of dogs in our daycare program. Whether your dog is just a pup or you have an older dog that needs to work on a bad behavior, daycare may just the ticket for your dog.
Puppies must be 12 weeks or older to become a member of our daycare group. Socialization for puppies is crucial to help your dog become a great canine citizen. They learn to socialize properly and this will help eliminate many of the anxiety issues that so many canines seem to have today. It also makes them a lot more fun to have at home when you get off work. Instead of a rowdy or crazy puppy, you'll have a tired furry friend that will listen better and has gotten that high energy out during the day. Daycare is a wonderful tool to help your dog be all that they can be!
Daycare rates are $12.00 per day and your dog can come a couple of times a week or everyday. All dogs must pass a behavioral test prior to joining the group.
Boarding
Our boarding facility is a little different than most. A vast majority of facilities try to maximize their space by putting in as many small kennels or cages. At those facilities, your large dog may spend the week in a 2' x 3' cage - similar to those that many that groomers use during the day. Smaller furry kids are staying in a 1' x 2' kennel space stacked four up - this is quite popular with the national chain "super pet stores".
All of our kennels are at least 5' x 5' and several are 5' x 10'. We do everything we can to make your pet as happy and comfortable as possible. If your dog meets the behavioral test, they'll even get to come out with the daycare group.
Our rates are $23.00 per night for a single dog and $37.00 per night for two pets that can be kenneled together at night. All dogs must provide proof that they are current with Rabies, Distemper & Bordetella. We must have a copy of their shot records. Please bring their food in a marked bag or container - we don't like to change their diets. Special toys and beds are welcome but we can't guarantee that these items won't get chewed on. We provide toys, treats and blankets for each guest at no extra charge.
Daycare & Boarding Requirements
Daycare dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age. All dogs six months or older must be spayed or neutered to participate in the daycare program. Must pass our behavioral test before participating in the daycare program.
All dogs entering our facility must provide proof of vaccinations of Rabies, Distemper and Bordetella. We must either have a digital or paper copy of your dog's shot records. Please provide your dogs food to eliminate upset tummies in a marked container. Owners must acknowledge & sign our Daycare & Boarding Agreement prior to your dog staying with us.
